What comes with a ShmoBadge?
Each person gets two identical, hole-punched cards and one retractable clip. One badge to wear and a matching backup. Pack sizes count people, with a complete set for each person.
Can I use ShmoLink without buying anything?
Yes. You can create a free ShmoLink page and share its address online or with a QR code. Physical cards, badges, and signs are separate purchases.
Do people need an app to connect?
Your linked page opens in their phone’s browser. Tapping requires a compatible NFC phone; they can also scan a QR code with their camera. A destination may have its own sign-in requirements, such as Google when leaving a review.
Can I change my links later?
Yes. Update the links on your ShmoLink page and keep the page address the same. Cards, badges, and printed QR codes that point to that address can keep opening it. Scheduling is coming soon; changes are manual for now.
Is review management included with a card?
ShmoReview cards and signs help customers open your review page. Shmo Reputation is separate software for reading and replying to Google reviews, and requires an account with paid-plan access.
