The useful little details

Start with the right access.

Reputation is for businesses with an eligible account and a Google Business Profile they manage.

Account access: A paid plan with Reputation enabled is required. For an organization, your administrator may need to enable access.
Google connection: Connect the Google Business Profile you manage through your account’s Integrations, then sync your reviews.
Your reply: Write and send replies yourself. Automatic AI replies are not part of the offer described here.

What do I need to use Reputation?

You need an eligible paid ShmoCard account with Reputation access and a Google Business Profile you manage. Organization accounts may also require an administrator to enable the feature.

Does it automatically write my replies?

No. This page describes the manual workflow: you write the reply and choose when to send it. Automated AI replies are not included in this offer.

Can I manage reviews from other sites?

The page covers Google Business Profile reviews. It does not offer Yelp, Facebook or other review platforms through this workflow.

Is it included when I buy review cards?

No. Cards, signs and plaques are physical products. Reputation is separate software that requires eligible paid-account access.
