Wallet-size cards: Review cards for the people helping your customers. Packs are available in the shop.
L signs: Black or Multicolor. Small is 70 × 100 mm; Large is 120 × 140 mm. Choose the size with your order.
Square plaques: Choose White or Multicolor. The selected design is recorded with your order.
Phone compatibility: Tap uses a compatible NFC phone. QR scanning uses a phone camera. Google may require the customer to sign in to leave a review.

How does a review card or sign work?

A customer taps with a compatible NFC phone or scans the QR code to open the assigned review page. Follow the product’s setup instructions for your destination.

Which L-sign colors and sizes are available?

Both Black and Multicolor are offered in Small, 70 × 100 mm, and Large, 120 × 140 mm. Choose the size in the shop and check current availability.

Do customers need an app?

The link opens in their phone’s browser. Google may ask them to sign in before leaving a review. Tap compatibility depends on the phone; QR scanning is an alternative.

Can I change the destination?

The current products support managing the destination through ShmoCard. Follow the setup information supplied for your cards, signs or plaques.

Is Reputation software included?

No. Physical review products and Shmo Reputation access are separate. Reputation requires an eligible paid account with the feature enabled.
