Before you jump in
- You need a ShmoCard account with paid-plan Reputation access, and access to the Google Business Profile you want to connect. For an organization account, your administrator also needs to enable the feature for you. Sign in to check your access or contact us for help.
- No. Review cards, signs and plaques are physical products that help customers open your review page. Shmo Reputation is separate software for managing reviews. Buying a card does not include a Reputation subscription.
- The workflow described on this page is manual: you write your reply and choose when to send it. Automated AI replies are not included in this offer.
- This page covers Google Business Profile reviews. We’re not offering review management for Yelp, Facebook or other platforms through this page.
- No. Customers leave their reviews on Google using the usual Google review process. Shmo Reputation is the workspace you use to read and reply to those reviews.
